BEV 1010 - Beverage Production Equipment and Maintenance

Pre- or corequisite: BEV 1100  or BEV 1200  or BEV 1300  
Presents students with correct operation and maintenance of all beverage production, packaging equipment, associated machinery, and safety gear.

Note(s):
  • 15 theory hours
  • 90 lab hours
  • To enroll in this course, students must be at least 21 years of age or older at the start of the term.
  • BEV 1010 replaced BEV 1110 in the Fall 2021 term. Students who received credit for BEV 1110 may not have to take BEV 1010. See the program director or school advisor for more information.
