Provides a learning experience in a healthcare facility with emphasis on developing skills in Nutrition/Medical Nutrition Therapy and Sanitation/Food Safety. This is an unpaid work experience requiring a minimum of 90 hours. NUTR 1090 and

NUTR 1091

may be taken simultaneously upon department approval.
