BEV 1130 - Beer Production I

Pre- or corequisite: (BEV 1110  or BEV 1010 ) + BEV 1100  
Provides theory and hands-on application of raw materials selection and handling, malting, and wort production.  Quality assurance and safety procedures are stressed at every step.

Note(s):

  • To enroll in this course, students must be at least 21 years of age or older at the start of the term.
