Pre- or corequisite:CIS 1410 Corequisite:ENDT 1520 + ENDT 1530 + ENDT 1550 + ENDT 1592 This clinical course provides practical EEG experience in the outpatient setting. With supervision, students will students will assist and, skills-permitting, perform routine electroencephalographic recordings with all appropriate modifications, activations, and recording notations. Emphasis will be placed on active application of theoretical knowledge, exceptional patient care, collaborative interaction with other healthcare professionals, and EEG pattern recognition. Attendance and participation in weekly Neurology Department Grand Rounds and departmental EEG Seminars will be required.
