HVAC 1115 - Refrigerant Management

or appropriate placement score or department approval) (Pre- or corequisites: HVAC 1105 or department approval)

Stresses accepted practices and procedures of refrigerant handling, containment, safety, leak detection, evacuation, recovery and charging systems. Students must take and pass the EPA Universal CFC Certification exam. (15 theory hours/65 lab hours)
