ELEC 2001 - Semiconductor Devices

(Prerequisite: ELEC 1005 )

Introduces semiconductor devices, diodes, transistors, op-amps and JFETS and their application in simple power supplies and amplifiers. Students construct, analyze and troubleshoot semiconductor circuits.
