CULN 1101 - Introduction to Culinary Arts

(Prerequisite: RDG 0750  or appropriate placement scores )

Prepares students for entry into the Culinary Arts lab classes and provides information to support student success as students navigate through the Culinary Arts program. Lectures, guest speakers and fields trips provide students an opportunity to learn about career opportunities in culinary arts.
