Construction managers use advanced software and an in-depth understanding of the construction process and related materials to optimize project efficiency and work in an office as well as outside, on the jobsite.
CNM Construction Management A.S. students acquire a range of skills related to construction project management, from estimating and scheduling to safety, construction surveying, and basic accounting principles. Designed to be completed in 4 terms, the CM A.S. degree is primarily intended for transfer to a 4-year program.
