Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

Choose appropriate variables and control flow to solve small and intermediate programming problems.
Design and implement organized programs using functions/methods and appropriate data structures to accomplish given tasks.
Write code to read in from file, process, and write out data to file.
Assess the time complexity of basic algorithms and justify which are best suited to particular situations.
Debug peer code and create collaborative application using interfaces.
