Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge of basic facts, principles, theories, and concepts
2. Demonstrate the ability to locate information and maintenance data for repair and inspection purposes
3. Demonstrate the ability to make independent and accurate judgements as to equipment airworthiness
4. Demonstrate the ability to perform basic operations using appropriate data, tools and equipment
5. Service aircraft.
