Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

2. Demonstrate general and site-specific safety practices
3. Discuss construction industry delivery and procurement methods.
4. Explain construction contracts, roles and responsibilities of parties, and business organization.
5. Explain N.M. licensing procedure and classifications
6. Use computer application to perform a material takeoff
