Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate competency in beverage science and operations
  2. Design, formulate, and create beverage products
  3. Analyze and control beverages for quality
  4. Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in the beverage industry
  5. Demonstrate competency in equipment design and maintenance
  6. Identify styles, production methods and service of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; explain laws and procedures related to responsible alcohol service.
