Public Safety 911 Dispatcher, Certificate of Achievement

Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate the knowledge required for successful completion of the Public Safety Dispatcher Foundational Skills course.
2. Demonstrate the knowledge required for successful completion of the Public Safety Dispatcher Advanced Skills course.
3. Demonstrate the ability to perform the responsibilities of a public safety 911 dispatcher/telecommunicator.
4. Demonstrate the cumulative knowledge required of a basic public safety dispatcher/telecommunicator in the State of New Mexico as mandated by the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy for certification as a public safety dispatcher/telecommunicator.
