Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Fundamentals, Certificate of Achievement

Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

1. Document a minimum of 20 hours of UAS flight time.
2. Implement Crew Resource Management (CRM) as a routine component of UAS operations.
3. Discuss the regulatory environment and licensing issues  affectuing UAS operations as prescibed by the FAA, State, and Local Government.
4. Demonstrate the ability to implement a UAS mission in accordance with safe-flight standards.
5. Demonstrate an understanding of the operational requirements of fixed and rotary-wing aircraft.
