Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

1. Determine pertinent data necessary in evidence-based decision-making to develop business solutions. 
2. Demonstrate professional communication skills, decision-making, and teamwork in a retail environment.
3. Demonstrate the fundamentals of business professionalism.
4. Combine supply chain data into a retail management plan that sets goals, assigns tasks (responsibilities), and applies data-driven business decisions. 
5. Create a marketing plan that builds a strong online presence and helps businesses compete in today’s digital marketplace.
