Business Administration (AAS), Project Management Concentration

Upon successful completion of this program, the students will be able to:

1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills in basic project management.
2. Prepare processes for budgeting, cost control, and earned value in project management.
3. Interpret specifications and develop project documents.
4. Develop a systematic approach to cost control and project scheduling techniques.
5. Operate software and project management tools to maximize efficiency in  managing, budgeting, project scheduling, and word processing.
6. Demonstrate and communicate critical thinking skills to evaluate information.
