All of the Payroll Clerk courses may also be applied toward an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting or an Accounting or Bookkeeping Certificate of Completion. Students should see an academic advisor to customize their educational plans.

Certifications available include:    

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)

Employment Opportunities

Most businesses, governmental and non-profit organizations employ payroll professionals. Common job titles include Payroll Clerk, Payroll Specialist, Payroll Professional.
