Corequisite:MATH 1215 Intermediate Algebra Support Lab provides support through materials and activities to prepare students for the Intermediate Algebra learning outcomes. This course acts as review and support for the skills necessary to succeed in MATH 1215 Intermediate Algebra. Students will discuss and practice prerequisite topics for Intermediate Algebra, review and practice the Algebra topics in preparation for assessments, and develop study and test-taking skills. Topics covered include mathematical operations on real numbers, linear equations, graphing lines, and mathematical operations on polynomials. Registering for Intermediate Algebra and Intermediate Algebra Support Lab during the same term allows students to bypass any prerequisite math courses.
