WELD 2311 - Aerospace Welding Theory and Fabrication
3credit hour(s)Prerequisite:WELD 1370 + WELD 2130 + WELD 2155 This course is designed to provide the student with the ability to set up, maintain, and operate Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) equipment safely and develop basic entry-level skills of plate welding. Weld quality will be measured in accordance with American Welding Society standards. Students will be eligible to earn an AWS D17.1 Educational Certification.
