PLMB 1115 - Introduction to Gas Fitting and Combustion Venting

2 credit hour(s)
Pre- or corequisite: PLMB 1111  
An introduction to the installation of piping and venting for natural gas and liquid petroleum systems. Topics include piping design, fuel combustion piping systems and domestic hot water systems.  The course will also cover the proper installation of gas piping systems, clockwise and orifice sizing. Be able to install venting valves, regulators, and electrical systems controls.
