Designed to prepare students for their clinical experience in the health discipline they have chosen to study. The course will provide training in CPR, Blood Borne Pathogen, HIPAA, Fire Safety and First Aid. Be advised that CPR certification must be renewed every 2 years. Bloodborne Pathogen and HIPAA certifications must be renewed annually.
Note(s):
This class prepares student for clinicals and work in acute care settings. This class does not include First Aid Certification. The majority of this class is completed online with an in person CPR testing requirement.
