DETC 1130 - Medium/Heavy Duty Suspension and Steering
3credit hour(s)Pre- or corequisite:DETC 1110 + DETC 1150 Presents theory of operation on a variety of medium/heavy duty suspension and steering systems. Includes manual and power steering systems, wheel end location, air suspension systems, steering and axle alignment. Provides practical instruction and develops skills in the diagnosis, service and repair of modern medium/heavy duty mechanical suspension and stability control systems.
