2credit hour(s)Corequisite:ENDT 2020 + ENDT 2030 + ENDT 2040 + ENDT 2090 + ENDT 2092 This course provides a comprehensive overview of abnormal adult EEGs associated with neurological disorders. Emphasis will be placed on the etiology, evolution, and electroencephalographic correlates of cerebral disorders. The relationship between the underlying nature of disorders and their clinical manifestations will be addressed, with particular emphasis on the recognition of resultant EEG patterns. Diagnosis, prevention, and treatment options will be included.
