DMS 1115 - Sonographic Cross Sectional Anatomy

2 credit hour(s)
Prerequisite: COMM 2120  + (MATH 1220  or MATH 1220P  or MATH 1240  or MATH 1430 ) + BIOL 2225  + (PHYS 1115  or PHYS 1230 ) + PHIL 2120  + department approval
Pre- or corequisite: HLTH 1001  or HLTH 1003  
Corequisite: DMS 1120  + DMS 1125  + DMS 1130  + DMS 1193  
A study of sectional anatomy of the transverse, longitudinal, and coronal planes are included with an emphasis on the organs of sonographic interest. Correlation with other imaging procedures will be emphasized.
