BEV 1340 - Distilled Spirits Production II

Pre- or corequisite: BEV 1330  
Provides theory and hands-on application of re-distillation of distilled spirits to produce neutral spirit and various other finished spirits, including proofing, aging, blending, and packaging distilled spirits.  Quality assurance and safety procedures are stressed at every step.  Introduces government regulations and tax issues pertaining to the distilled spirits industry.
