BEV 1300 - Distilled Spirits Production and Styles

Prerequisite:   +  
 Introduces origins, components, basic production methods, and identification of major distilled spirits.  Development of sensory evaluation skills for visual, aroma, taste, and tactile components of distilled spirits.
