BEV 1230 - Wine Production I

Pre- or corequisite: BEV 1010  + BEV 1200  
Provides theory and hands-on applications in ingredient selection, growing, harvesting, pressing, and processing grapes to produce various styles of wine.  Quality assurance and safety procedures are stressed at every step. New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification is offered.
