GEOG 2110 - Introduction to Maps and Geospatial Information
3credit hour(s)Prerequisite:GEOG 1110 or GEOG 1130. This course covers the basic history of map-making and various projections and introduces basic concepts and techniques for the manipulation, analysis, and graphic representation of spatial information. The course also includes the processing, compilation, and symbolization of spatial data and the application of related statistical techniques.
