3credit hour(s)This course will explore different ways of getting into business as an independent or lease truck owner. Skills will include recordkeeping required for truck owners, options for becoming a truck owner-operator, and other skills needed to become a successful owner-operator. Industry guest speakers will be featured.
Note(s): Recommended that the student be in process of getting Class A or B CDL or already possess said CDL.
