orESOL 0971 Focuses on critical reading, reasoning, and writing skills to prepare speakers of other languages for college-level course work. Students develop the reading comprehension and critical thinking skills needed for academic success. Students apply the fundamentals of sentence structure and paragraph development to their own writing and develop their skills in grammar and mechanics.
