Pre- or corequisite:ENG 1101 or ENG 1101P Corequisite:VT 1012 + VT 1070 + VT 1292 This course introduces conversions between metric and household systems and common abbreviations used in preparing medications. Presents applications in disciplines such as calculating medication dosages, percentage of weight loss, oral medications, intravenous fluid therapy, solutions and dilutions.
