Course Description Expands Medication and Patient Safety practice concepts introduced in the Entry-Level courses. Error reduction strategies are discussed using current Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) guidelines. Pharmacy Technician roles in the Medication Reconciliation and Transition of Care processes are introduced and practiced. Credits: 3
