SPED 2390 - Special Education Supervised Field Experience
3credit hour(s)(Prerequisite: program department approval)
This course is an advanced supervised fieldwork experience with additional emphasis on collaboration and inclusion. Students are required to meet competencies as defined by the NM Public Education Department through a minimum of 160 contact hours in an approved special education setting. Students will also examine strategies for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues and administrators. Enrollment in this course requires an applications process. Note(s) 160 contact hours
