Prepares students to plan effective instruction and to design and analyze meaningful assessments based on student needs and on district and state standards. Students will explore the construction and utilization of teacher- constructed and standardized tests. Students learn to gather data, report and communicate assessment results to students, parents and administrators in a variety of ways in an effort to meet diverse student needs. Students will be familiarized with local district’s testing programs and will develop valid evaluation tools to measure student outcomes in all areas including mathematics and science. Note(s)
