3credit hour(s)Prerequisite:CIS 1120 + ENG 1102 + PL 1130 + PL 1140. Covers concepts such as the process of criminal litigation from initial appearance through post-conviction proceedings. Students will draft documents associated with the prosecution or defense at various stages, review rules of criminal procedure of several courts and develop a forms and procedures notebook.
