Communication, motivation, budgeting, job analysis, recruitment, discipline, teamwork, committee representation and federal/state laws regarding personnel management are discussed and emphasized. Quality assessment and improvement standards and requirements of licensing, accrediting, fiscal and other regulatory agencies are presented.
