3credit hour(s)Pre- or corequisite:HSV 2110 This course addresses knowledge and skill development aligned with the principles and practice of evidence-based addiction treatment. Focus includes the processes of using assessment information to guide treatment planning; examining treatment options across the continuum of care; differentiating grades of evidence based practice; applying standards of care by design, and formulating and monitoring culturally relevant treatment goals.
