2credit hour(s)Prerequisite:MEMS 1002 + MEMS 1092 or department approval. Pre- or corequisite:MEMS 2292 + MEMS 2102 or department approval. Focuses on Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) design. Introduces design methods and standards utilizing MEMS Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Students will apply their knowledge of MEMS fabrication to design at the micrometer scale. No books required, all is provided online and includes reading, animations, and streaming lecture educational materials.
