Pre- or corequisite: IT 1010 .
Focuses on managing the Windows operating system to manage user accounts and groups and to control access to files and other resources. Covers concepts such as internetworking, protocols, remote access, performance tuning and troubleshooting. This course may assist in preparation for Microsoft certifications.
